parle this through microwaves and cell phone towers and maybe harmonize them with brain wave frequencies and then try and mix it up to see what you get.

One thing many people have been saying lately so it's kind of become a "catch phrase" of sorts is that ----
insanity is the repetition of one thing expecting different results. WELL the rebuttal to that is that the essence of chaos theory is that an unexpected occurrence is almost predictable upon the onset of repetition. Where "Isolated Incidents" are unpredictable they too arrive upon the onset of variables.
